Billing and Payments
If you would like to stop receiving a paper bill in the mail, Contact Us to be set up on EBill.
Budget Billing is a billing method that helps residential members avoid the wide changes in monthly bills brought by the use of electric heat and air conditioning. The program spreads the cost out across the year so monthly bills do not vary as drastically. To qualify, you must have received service at the specific location for 12 months and have a good credit history. Contact us for more information.
Manage your WSTE account in our convenient app. View your electric usage history, report an outage, and pay your bill by e-check all in the same app. You will need a current WSTE bill in order to sign up.
Many of our members prefer to set up an automatic bank draft to pay their WST bill. Your bill will still be sent to you by your preferred method (mail or email), with a notation that the bill will be paid by bank draft on the due date. You can sign up on the SmartHub app, online or in person.
Payment via E-Check is available in the SmartHub app or by selecting the “Pay by E-Check” option above.
Credit Card or Debit Card Payments
Payment via credit or debit card is available online by selecting the “Pay by Debit or Credit Card” option above.
Members may pay by phone by calling 985-839-3562 and selecting Option 1. You will have the option to pay by bank account or credit card.
Mail your Check or Money Order
Payments made by check or Money Order can be mailed to the address on the on your bill. Please include the bottom portion of your bill so that credit for the payment can be posted in a timely manner.
Pay in Person
Payments made by check, cash or money order can be made in person at our WST office, with locations in Franklinton, Folsom, Abita Springs and Slidell.
